Townsville University Hospital engaged Hello Blue Productions to create a recruitment campaign aimed at attracting allied health professionals to live and work in North Queensland.
The campaign needed to communicate both the professional opportunity and the broader lifestyle, positioning Townsville as a place where candidates could build a meaningful career while being part of a connected and supportive community.
Filming focused on capturing real staff, facilities, and environments across the hospital, alongside wider lifestyle elements of the region. The final video was designed to work across digital advertising and online platforms, balancing clarity of message with a strong sense of place.
