Project Overview

Apollo Property Group engaged timelapse monitoring to document the construction of a purpose-built childcare centre in Walkervale, Bundaberg. The project involved the delivery of a modern early learning facility designed to support growing demand for childcare services in the region, with construction progressing from early site works through to completion across an approximately 9–12 month build period.

Timelapse capture provided a visual record of the build process, documenting key construction stages including structural works, building completion, landscaping, and final handover. The final sequence condensed the full construction timeline into a concise visual summary suitable for project documentation, stakeholder communication, and completion presentation.

Bundaberg Childcare Centre Construction (Apollo) – 60s Timelapse Sequence

Project Approach

A fixed position timelapse camera was installed to capture the full construction footprint from early site preparation through to completion. The system was remotely monitored throughout the build to maintain consistent image capture across changing site conditions and construction phases.

Captured image sequences were processed and assembled in post-production to create a condensed timeline of the project, highlighting major construction milestones while maintaining a clear and accurate representation of the build progression.
